Customer Reviews
Average rating: | Proprietor's Choice, 8th Oct 2008 | Reviewer: Julie Goodwin | As the weather hots up, lots of people forget to increase their water intake and end up feeling the effects of dehydration in their urinary tract, not to mention the lower back ache and fatigue that goes with miserable kidneys. Uva-ursi Complex is obviously excellent for cystitis (and you can take it at a maintenance dose if you're prone to cystitis), alongside a greatly increased water intake and less dehydrating coffee and tea, and Solidago Complex is the key kidney remedy; but Golden Grass tea is also a favourite in my shop. It is gentle on the kidneys and gives enough support to reduce the risk of infections and keep water and electrolytes balanced. I find it very good for people with sensitive kidneys and for those prone to fluid retention. A couple of cups per day will help greatly. (But they still have to drink the water!) |
