This extract from the West African herb, Griffonia simplicifolia, provides the natural amino acid, called 5HTP, and may help maintain a balanced outlook and a relaxed approach to life.Best taken before bed with a carbohydrate snack.

Consult your doctor before taking, if pregnant, planning pregnancy, breastfeeding, or taking fenfluramine. Can cause drowsiness; do not drive or operate machinery if affected.

50mg tablet suggested intake: Take 1-2 tablets a day (children over 5 years, 1 every other day; children over 8 years, 1 tablet a day), preferably in the evening witha carbohydrate snack. Take no more than 2 tablets per non-protein meal, and no more than 6 a day.

One 50mg tablet typically provides:

Niacin (Vitamin B3) (nicotinamide) 15mg

Vitamin B6 5mg

(pyridoxal-5-phosphate 2.5mg)

(pyridoxine HCl 2.5mg)

Folic acid 50µg

Biotin 0.025mg

Zinc (citrate) 2.5mg

L-5-hydroxytryptophan (5HTP) 50mg

Tableted with these natural ingredients:

Lithothamnion calcarea, cellulose, zein protein coating, vegetable magnesium stearate.

No added: sugar, salt, soya, wheat, gluten, yeast, lactose, dairy products, artificial preservatives, colours or flavourings.
