Sanchi Japanese Range Furikake seasoning 65g

Furikake, (pronounced furry-car-key), is a traditional Japanese seasoning made with the rare black and the more common white sesame seeds, allong with seaweed and red shiro leaves.
Furikake is an extremely versatile, tasty table condiment, excellent in both Japanese and Western dishes.

Traditionally, Furikake is used with rice, but can also be sprinkled over grain, pasta or cheese dishes, stir fries, cooked vegetables, potatoes or salads.
Sprinkle on sushi rice before rolling maki sushi rolls or nigiri rice balls.
