Recommended Dosage
As a food supplement take one or two tablets with each meal. Swallow with water.

Microcrystalline cellulose, betaine HCl, amylase (as preparation), lipase (as preparation), bromelain (as preparation), papain (as preparation), magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, peppermint oil, glazing agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.

One tablet provides:
Papain (48000 USP units/g) 4.17mg, Amylase (40000 SKB units/g) 10mg, Lipase (105000 Lipase units/g) 5.56mg, Bromelain (1200 GD units/g) 5mg, Betain HCl 100mg, Peppermint Oil 0.25mg.
Energy, Protein, Carbohydrate and Fat content negligible.
