BioCare Slippery Elm Plus (Formerly Gastroplex). Many herbs have a traditional role in helping to normalise digestion and the tone of the intestinal tract.
Slippery elm is a soothing nutritive demulcent particularly helpful for the mucous membranes lining the digestive tract.

Slippery elm helps buffer the mucous membranes from irritation from foods and assists the passage of food through the intestines.
Slippery elm supports the healing process of the gastrointestinal tract.
Marshmallow is a traditional remedy used for its soothing and healing properties upon the sensitive epithelial tissues of the gastrointestinal tract.
Rice extract providing gamma oryzanol may help normalise the tone of the stomach and help assist the stimulation of gastrin secretion.
Gamma oryzanol also has antioxidant activity.

• Slippery Elm 200mg
• Marshmallow 150mg
• Rice Extract 70mg

NON-ACTIVE INGREDIENTS: Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Silica.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE OF BioCare Slippery Elm Plus:
Recommended Intake: One capsule taken three times a day 20 minutes before food with a glass of water or taken as professionally directed.
