Igennus VegEPA 60 capsules VegEPA contains a unique combination of essential fatty acids, providing the benefits of EPA (which is free of DHA) and cold-pressed virgin evening primrose oil (EPO).
EPA is an excellent source of omega-6. By supplementing your diet with VegEPA you will ensure you maintain an adequate supply of EPA and GLA (gamma linolenic acid).
Directions
Adults should routinely take 2 to 4 capsules each day, and children under 12 years just 1, unless recommended by their doctor to take more. These should be preferably taken with food, either in the morning or evening and it may take up to three months for the full beneficial effects to become apparent. Results may be quicker if more capsules are consumed regulary, but in any event, adults should not take more than 10 capsules in any 24 hour period and young children under 12 years of age not more than 2.
If you are taking any medication you may wish to consult your doctor before starting to take VegEPA. EPA capsules thin the blood which is a desirable action for the circulatory system/ However, if you are already taking medication to thin the blood then you should consult your doctor first.
This product should not be used in place of a balanced diet.
