Eskimo Skin Care contains omega 3, 6 and 9, together with vitamins D and E. It also contains gamma linolenic acid (GLA) to provide support for the health of the skin.

Eskimo Skin Care contains Eskimo-3 fish oil. Derived from oily deep sea water fish, Eskimo-3 is one the best researched and documented omega-3 supplements in existence.
Contains the important omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA in their natural ratio, 3:2.
Eskimo Skin Care contains gamma linolenic acid (GLA) from evening primrose oil, which helps to support the health of the skin.

Recommended Intake
Take 1-4 capsules twice daily with meals, or as directed.
