Flaxseed oil (linseed oil) is a concentrated source of omega-3 fatty acids and offers significant levels of alpha-linolenic acid (omega 3) and linoleic acid (omega 6). These two essential fatty acids cannot be made by the body and must be obtained through diet or quality supplementation. Two simple softgels per day ensure you’re giving your body optimal amounts of these fatty acids, regardless of your dietary intake that day.
